'Double Vision'
I consider these to be amongst my most expressive work. The top two pieces were completely unplanned - I spontaneously created them with some leftover ink that I didn't want to waste - I had 'nothing to lose' so I could indulge my curiosity and experiment freely. I applied some ink to a sheet of acetate and put it through the printing press, and then repeated this process multiple times, reducing the amount of ink each time until the paper was full of colour and abstract shapes. When my friend saw them, she said they were 'like music', which was the best compliment I have ever received, and it inspired me to continue to make more abstract pieces - but it in a more structured way!
